My name is Jan Kinney
As a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of expertise in HR and office management I've worked in small companies with 50 +/- employees to large companies supporting HR functions for 2,000 employees. Staying abreast of the latest in HR business trends requires me to be a continual learner to navigate the everchanging compliance regulations and workplace developments. I am a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional, an AIRS certified Professional Recruiter and earned my MBA in Organizational Change and Development.
During my free time I enjoy traveling to beautiful, sunny beaches and spending time on the water. After recently earning my PADI Open Water Dive certification, I'm looking forward to exploring new underwater worlds and it's beautiful inhabitants.
